In the rare event that our products fail to meet our commitment to quality, a refund may be offered at our discretion. We will endeavour to resolve all requests for refund within 7 calendar days of receiving the request.
Refund for Defective Shipments
We will replace items or refund if the item(s) are defective, damaged, or short-shipped if buyer notifies us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
We do not accept any claims made after 7 calendar days, and if we make an exception after 7 calendar days, it is up to the sole discretion of Le Mood Fabrics whether we will honor the claim. For all claims, please send us an email at [email protected]
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot exchange items that get lost in the mail or aren't returned back to us.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
